Our mission is to empower the next generation through our sports & recreation programs using a holistic approach that emphasizes physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
As a proud Department of Education (DOE) vendor and trusted partner to Elementary and Middle schools across New York City, we bring expert gymnastics and dance instruction directly to schools. Our safe, convenient, and FUN programs are meticulously designed to build strong bodies, confident minds, and resilient spirits.
Unleash the Power of Gymnastics:
As our core offering, RFG provides after-school gymnastics classes that cater to children in 1st-8th grade at all skill levels. Our trained gymnastics Instructors create a nurturing and inclusive environment where students can learn, grow, and excel at this breathtaking sport. Designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and coordination, our programs not only help build a solid foundation in fitness but also instill perseverance, resilience, inclusivity, nobility, courage, education, self-confidence and self-discipline (PRINCESS) in our young gymnasts.
Additionally, while most of our classes are exclusive to students at our partner schools, our programs at Hebrew Language Academy Charter School 2 (HLA2) in Brooklyn are open to all children ages 6–13, regardless of school affiliation.
Located near Coney Island with weekend classes available, this collaboration aims to make high-quality, fun, and safe fitness activities accessible to a wider community of children.
Virtual Yoga and Dance Fitness for Fun-filled Weekends:
Recognizing the need for physical activity beyond the school week for children of parents with busy schedules, RFG proudly offers virtual yoga and dance fitness classes on weekends. Led by certified and experienced instructors, these engaging and interactive sessions provide children with a dynamic avenue to explore the benefits of yoga and dance fitness. Through these creative and lively weekend classes, RFG aims to make fitness a joyful and regular part of children's lives.

Our coaches undergo specialized training that encompasses not only technical skills but safety, child development, inclusivity, mental health awareness, and more. They learn techniques and strategies to promote perseverance, resilience, inclusivity, nobility, courage, education, self-confidence and self-discipline (PRINCESS), fostering a growth mindset among our gymnasts. By integrating mental health practices into our coaching methodology, we aim to empower and support our athletes on both physical and emotional levels.
